Cublox Ltd.’s Modern Slavery and Human Rights Policy for 2023 to 2024

We at Cublox Ltd. commit to respecting human rights and taking steps to prevent and eradicate any form of modern slavery and human trafficking within our operations. This policy is under Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Commitment to Human Rights

Cublox Ltd. is dedicated to protecting and supporting human rights for all those impacted by our operations, including our personnel, suppliers, and customers. We are devoted to preventing and eliminating modern slavery and human trafficking in all business operations and supply chains because we understand these are serious human rights violations.

Supplier Expectations

We anticipate that our suppliers and business partners will share our commitment to stopping human trafficking and modern slavery. We mandate all suppliers to conduct due diligence on their supply chains and set policies and processes to prevent modern slavery. We will collaborate closely with our suppliers to ensure they meet our modern slavery prevention standards and regulations.

Our supply chain involves a variety of products and services, such as software implementation, compliance, and management. We acknowledge that each region involves specific risks and challenges regarding modern slavery and human trafficking, and we are dedicated to tackling these issues through our supplier relationships.

Prevention measures

To combat slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain, Cublox Ltd. has implemented the following measures:

  • Periodical risk evaluations to detect and manage any threats of modern slavery and human trafficking within our supply chain;
  • educating our staff on how to report any suspected cases of modern slavery and human trafficking and providing regular training for them;
  • keeping an eye out for any indications of modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chain and responding appropriately to any issues;
  • including contract terms and conditions referring to human trafficking and modern slavery and
  • maintaining a zero-tolerance policy for modern slavery.

We will keep reviewing and revising our policies and processes as necessary to ensure we are doing so practically. We acknowledge that eliminating modern slavery and human trafficking is a team effort. We will collaborate with our workers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to raise awareness and broadly prohibit these practices.
